Zack Perez is a Drummer, arranger, composer, multi-instrumentalist from New York City. He is currently a student at Montclair State University’s John J. Cali School of Music, where he is focused in Jazz studies. He has studied under some of the finest Jazz drummers today such as Billy Hart Jabali, Carl Allen, Kenny Washington, Marcus Gilmore, Kush Abadey, Colin Stranahan, Alvester Garnett and many more. 

Zack has also performed with numerous important artists today such as Wynton Marsalis, Duane Eubanks, George Cables, Billy Harper, Benito Gonzalez, Jaleel Shaw, Christian McBride, Dave Stryker, Marcus Printup and many others. Performing in venues such as The Jazz Forum, Birdland, Carnegie Hall, The MET and throughout the United States.  

Currently he works at Jazz House kids as the Manager of Equipment + Arts Associate. In addition to working at JAZZ HOUSE, he also teaches throughout New York City and New Jersey in public schools as well as privately.
