The Montclair Jazz Festival 2025, presented by JAZZ HOUSE KiDS, returns to downtown Montclair, NJ on Saturday, September 13;Â transforming once again the downtown corridor of Montclair into a vibrant arts and culture hub. With 8 hours of FREE live jazz at our new stage at Lackawanna Station.
🎤 Headlining Acts for the 2025 Downtown Jamboree
This year’s stellar lineup includes internationally acclaimed jazz icons and rising stars:
- Lakecia Benjamin & Phoenix – Grammy-nominated saxophonist known for her electric stage presence
- Christian McBride & Ursa Major – Nine-time Grammy winner and Artistic Director of JAZZ HOUSE KiDS
- The Gotham Kings led by trumpeter and two-time GRAMMY winner Alphonso Horne, with the sounds of New Orleans and his high energy second line band
- Jazzmeia Horn Quartet – multi-awarding winning vocalist
- JAZZ HOUSE Collective – The organization’s powerhouse ensemble of top-tier alumni and faculty pay tribute to jazz legacy artist, James Moody
