Vaccine Appointments Available for our Local Students

We believe that the COVID-19 vaccination offers the best path forward for all of us to return safely to the vibrant, fully-accessible activities we all love.  Vaccinations are now widely available, and to date, everyone ages 12 and up is eligible for the vaccine. We are encouraging all of our students to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

  • We have an opportunity through Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair for JAZZ HOUSE parents to schedule appointments for their children ages 12-17.  Slots are available as soon as next week.  Please visit the vaccine appointment page to schedule.
  • Parents/Guardians can complete the registration form at the link and the hospital’s scheduling team will then call to set up an appointment.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the appointment.
